Claire does not use PHI for advertising, marketing, or data sales.

Healthcare providers remain the covered entity responsible for their patients’ medical records. Patients should contact their healthcare provider directly regarding requests related to PHI.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

Claire AI uses machine learning and artificial intelligence systems to process audio recordings and generate draft clinical documentation.

These systems analyze user-provided input to produce structured outputs such as SOAP notes, visit summaries, and other clinical documentation.

AI-generated outputs:

  • are intended to assist clinicians
  • may contain inaccuracies
  • must be reviewed and validated by the user before use in a medical record

Claire may use de-identified data and information that does not constitute PHI for research, analytics, and system improvement. Claire does not attempt to re-identify individuals from de-identified datasets.

Generated clinical documentation (“Output”) produced by Claire AI is derived from Customer Data and remains under the control of the healthcare provider using the Services.
